What Questions Are You Asking?

How do we understand how to support those around us? It often starts with Empathy. Sometimes it’s more about listening and asking questions than trying to solve for their challenges. If we can better understand the triumphs and challenges of those around us, we can more easily understand what that could feel like if we were going through the same thing. We have the power as humans to use our emotional intelligence support friends, loved ones and colleagues. Ask questions. Listen. Learn. Think of the situation from someone else’s lense instead of just your own. What are they going through at this moment? You’ll be surprised how much you will learn about yourself and others when you lead with empathy.
