Rini works to strengthen mission-driven leaders and organizations furthering racial equity and social justice. Before focusing on coaching, she has worked as the Chief Democracy Officer for the City of New York, a Karpatkin fellow at the ACLU Racial Justice Project, and a teacher for the Rockefeller foundation.
