Why You Have Low Productivity With Your New Hire

Without a plan for onboarding new hires you are asking for trouble! Planning and preparing for new hires to come onboard is not just signing papers and getting your computer. As the hiring manager it is creating a plan for the next 90-days, at a minmum. It is doing all the right things to ramp up a new hire – engaging with the team, attending training, meeting keystakeholders, and so much more. It is YOUR job to ensure that new hires are not sitting around waiting to do something, but instead are actively building skills, competencies, and knowledge to be productive as soon as possible.
