This is being creative and innovative in ways in which we can connect and engage our employees, our customer, our vendors, and our colleagues.
Can you image life now without Zoom or Teams? This technology has provided an opportunity to see more into the lives of our employees and really get to know who they, meet their kids, see their pets, and get to know them a much different level.
Who gets dressed up for a Zoom or Team call anymore? No one.
We can be authentic self and bring that person to work everyday.
